The practice supplies a full expert witness service via David Martin a partner in the practice with experience providing expert witness to both the magistrates and Crown courts through out the UK.

I am happy to consider cases from private clients, or via solicitiors and can supply anything from an oral opinion on a case through to a full expert report suitable for disclosure to the courts backed by attendance in court to give evidence where needed.

I have experience working for both prosecution and defence having worked on cases for the Police, Trading Standards and the RSPCA as well as supporting defence cases for private clients. I am happy to take legal aided case work where legal aid has or can be obtained.

I am happy to take legal instuction for cases anywhere within the United Kingdom.
